Meditation and mindfulness classes

I am delighted to share this wonderful life ​skill. Meditation and mindfulness have been proven to reduce stress, improve metabolism, reduce pain, lower blood pressure. improve respiration and enhance brain function. Personally I can say a daily meditation practice is essential to my physical, mental and spiritual well-being. If you don't know where to start or have been practising and want more ideas and other techniques or just generally a wonderful peaceful experience, then sign up to one of my five week courses. If you just want to experience meditation or wish to enjoy the peace and fun that group mediation can offer then drop into the bi- monthly class. I invite you to come and quiet the mind,

* A polite note about my drop in classes

My classes are held in my summerhouse and I try to keep my classes small and intimate, this way you all get time to contribute and get the most from the class. There is normally around five to eight people in a session. To enable me to do this I kindly ask that you let me know in advance if you are coming along to a drop in class. Or indeed if you need to cancel, please would you be kind enough to let me know, to enable another person the opportunity to  come along. The class is run fortnightly and each month is a different theme or idea. So you may want to dip into one of the classes or if you wish to experience the mediations and mindful exercise more than once you are more than welcome to come along to both classes..  💜 

Having recently qualified, from the British School of Meditation, I am delighted to be able to share this wonderful life skill now. 

Five week meditation course

Five week classes for beginners to meditation, or for those who have tried meditation but need some helpful guidance. Or maybe you want to enjoy the experience of a five week practice to renew your interest in meditation.  

Each week will be based on a different theme;

Finding physical stillness

Physiological balance

Emotional calm

Spiritual acceptance

Finding peace

Drop-in classes 

 I offer a drop-in class open to anyone. This is a way to drop in, stay in touch and refresh any techniques you maybe struggling with.  Each class has a theme which I shall put on my Facebook page and Instagram (Karen's Karma Room) before the class. We shall focus on meditation and mindfulness and find ways to integrate it into your lives. Anyone is welcome to join me, just bring an open mind and heart. ❤️ 

This is a great way to see if meditation is for you, a dip in the water with one hour of peace and calm.

One to one meditation

I can offer one to one sessions with you to suit your needs. Are you trying to meditate but need more techniques to help? Would you like just a quiet session alone? Or maybe just enjoy meditation and want to experience an hour of meditations of your choice? Maybe an hour of chanting, breathwork, mindful movement, or something of your choice?

Work placed courses

I can offer mindfulness sessions within the work place you to suit your businesses needs. 

Courses can be tailored to your time schedules and budget. We can work together to find out what is needed in your work place, be that individual sessions, or group based lunchtime classes, and work out a format to suit. Please contact me for more details and to discuss what your work based needs are.
